Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Backordered Items
If an item in your order is backordered, it will ship as soon as it becomes available.
- You will receive an email notification if any item in your order is on backorder.
- In-stock items may ship separately so you can receive part of your order sooner.
- Backordered items ship automatically once restocked—no further action is required from you.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic (U.S.) shipping options may include:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination and size of shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If this affects your order, we will contact you with alternative delivery options.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable charges.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
